No. Not now, not ever. We buy vehicles to stock our pre-owned lot, and that is the only reason. Plenty of people sell us a car and drive away in something they bought somewhere else.

We contact your lender, get the payoff figure, settle the loan, and write you a check for whatever equity is left. If you owe more than the car is worth, we will walk you through the options plainly instead of pretending the problem is not there.

Tell us. A missing title is an ordinary problem with an ordinary fix, and we deal with it most weeks.

Live auction data, what the vehicle is actually selling for around here, and a physical inspection. Local demand moves the number more than most people expect.

7 full days. It is the number you signed, not a figure that moves once somebody finally looks at the vehicle.

None, ever. Nothing is deducted from what we agree, and there is no charge for the appraisal whether you sell to us or not.

As soon as possible. Once the offer is accepted and the paperwork is signed, we do not hold the payment back. Where there is still a loan on the vehicle we settle that with your lender first, and the balance comes to you.
