Here is the whole thing, from the moment you send us the plate to the moment the paperwork is filed. If anything below is not what happens on the day, tell us and we will put it right.

Tell us about the car.

Plate or VIN is quickest, and the year, make and model will do if you have neither to hand. We ask for the mileage, the title status and a way to reach you. Nothing else.

At your convenience

A person looks at it.

Bring it to any of our 8 stores, or send photographs and a short condition report from your driveway. Either way somebody who knows what a vehicle is worth in this county looks at it, not a pricing algorithm working from your own description.

Good for 7 full days

You get a number that holds.

The offer is written down and it is the number you sign. It is not subject to an inspection that has not happened yet, because the inspection already happened. Take a week to think about it if you want to.

- An estimate
- Subject to a later inspection
- Reduced by fees at the end

Ours to sort out

We do the paperwork.

Title transfer, lien release and the bank payoff are all handled here. If there is still finance on the vehicle we contact your lender, settle the loan, and write you a check for whatever equity is left.
