Terms of use

This website is run by Reineke Family Dealerships. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website and the enquiries you send through it. The sale of a vehicle itself is covered by the paperwork you sign at the time, and where the two disagree, that paperwork wins.

This site exists so you can ask us to buy your vehicle. You give us the details, we look at it, and we come back to you with a figure.

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy your vehicle, and nothing here creates a contract between us. A contract only exists once we have both signed the paperwork.

There is a difference between the two, and it matters:

• An estimate is an early figure based on what you have told us. It is a guide. It can move.
• An offer is a written figure we give you after somebody has actually looked at the vehicle. It stands for 7 days.

An offer assumes the vehicle is as described and as inspected. If something comes to light afterwards that was not disclosed, such as undisclosed damage, a mileage discrepancy, or a lien nobody mentioned, we may revise or withdraw it.

You are never required to buy a vehicle from us in order to sell one to us. There is no obligation on you at any point before you sign, and there is no charge for an appraisal.

When you use this site you are telling us that:

• You are old enough to enter into a contract and the information you give us is true
• You own the vehicle, or you are authorised to sell it
• You have told us about any outstanding finance, lien or title issue
• The mileage you have given us is accurate to the best of your knowledge

You will need to produce the title, or the paperwork to obtain one, and photo identification before we can complete a purchase.

If you still owe money on the vehicle, we will contact your lender for a settlement figure and handle the payoff as part of the sale. If the vehicle is worth more than you owe, the difference comes to you. If you owe more than it is worth, we will tell you what that gap is before you decide anything.

Asking for an offer means asking us to get back to you about it, by phone, text or email. Message rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time, and how to do that is set out in our privacy policy.

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. You may not republish it as your own or use it commercially without asking us first.

Vehicle makes and model names belong to their respective manufacturers and are used here only to describe vehicles.

This site shows customer reviews collected by a third party and maps served by OpenStreetMap, and it links to other websites, including our dealership sites. We do not control any of that and we are not responsible for it.

Reviews are shown as the people who wrote them left them. They are the opinions of those customers, not statements by us, and they are not a promise of what will happen in your case.

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be either at all times. Details can go out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The site is provided as it is.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, such as lost time or lost profit. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under consumer law.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date it changed is shown at the top.
